It may seem a pencil drawing, but it's a rendered version of a 3d picture, using the stencil filter, with only some after-editing. The original was a blood spattered girl among cutted up bodies, smiling and offering an hand, half hiding a bloodied blade... come here and play? please? The normal rendered version wasn't so good, so I toyed something with the rendering engine, and came out with this ... strange and a little disturbing...
the text on background is When Sorrow Sang, from Blind Guardians. Not very appropriate but i liked that song a lot at the time...
